| Purpose | Committee members are to advise the Governor regarding the progress of the following: Pew-MacArthur Results First Initiative, performance management initiatives, relevant proposed or pending state legislation, policies, or regulations; and strategies for increasing evidence-based policy efforts. Serve as Performance Management Ambassadors for the State, including, but not limited to the following: representing the State at designated events, establishing and maintaining positive communications with peer states, professional organizations, and performance management stakeholders for the purpose of developing best practices in performance management, sharing information about opportunities for the Governor to support performance management practices in the state. Advise the Governor regarding other issues related to Performance Management as requested by the Governor. |
