Purpose The commission adopts administrative rules relative to the Sedimentation Pollution Control Act (SPCA) of 1973. It approves and oversees local ordinances and Department of Transportation delegation on sediment control. The commission also oversees the implementation of SPCA regulations and is very active in public education programs. *No member may serve more than 2 consecutive terms.
