| Hears and issues decisions on appeals entered from citations, abatement periods and penalties issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Division of the Department of Labor. There are 2 levels of adjudication. Cases are initially tried before a hearing examiner who issues a decision. The hearing examiner`s decision is subject to review by the 3 member Board. |
