| The commission creates and establishes rules and regulations necessary to the qualifications, arrangements and station of pilots who control the navigation of the Cape Fear River to and from the Cape Fear Bar and the sea buoys. It also advises the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Pilots Association and other maritime interests. |
