North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors |
The board qualifies applicants for licensure as professional engineers and land surveyors in the state. The board also reviews all applications, prepares and administers examinations that provide evidence of competency, establishes rules of professional conduct, performs investigations, conducts hearings and assesses disciplinary actions. There are nine members on the board, each serving a five-year term. The governor appoints all members. |
