| The State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees' Board of Trustees consists of 10 members. The 10-member board, made up of experts in medicine, health administration and education, is responsible for the design of employee health benefits.
To serve in an advisory capacity to the Executive Administrator and to carry out its duties and responsibilities as fiduciary for the Plan.
***No member of the Board of Trustees may serve more than three consecutive two-year terms.
