| Purpose |
Independent body established under the authority of the Tribal-State Compact to certify and approve video games as meeting the requirement and standards for games involving the use of skill or dexterity as allowed under N.C.G.S. § 14-306 and § 14-306.1 A and to provide oversight for all forms of gaming being conducted under the Tribal-State Compact as described herein. The Certification Commission and the Compliance Committee shall also have oversight over sports and horse race wagering. |
