|North Carolina State Board of Barber Examiners
|The board regulates the practice of barbering within the state, collects and records fees for certification, and protects the health, safety and welfare of the general public by ensuring that barbering services are performed by competent barbers in clean establishments. The board has five members, each serving a three-year term.
