| Board duties are to elect the president, employ personnel, purchase land necessary for the operation of the college, apply standards for admission and graduation, receive gifts and donations, provide for the administration of all educational and occupational services and to establish or enter into public or private partnerships for the support of the institution. The board has 14 members, each serving a four-year term. The governor appoints four members. |
