| The board duties are to elect the college president, employ personnel, purchase land necessary for the operation of the institution, apply standards for admission and graduation, receive gifts and donations, provide for the administration of all educational and occupational services and to establish or enter into public or private partnerships for the support of the institution. The board has 12 members, each serving four-year terms. The governor appoints four members. |
