Board duties are to elect the president, employ personnel, purchase land necessary for the operation of the college, apply standards for admission and graduation, receive gifts and donations, provide for the administration of all educational and occupational services, and to establish or enter into public or private partnerships for the support of the institution. There are 14 members on the board, each serving a four-year term. The governor appoints four members. |
